Cathy Tweedy has experienced the real estate business from all sides. Clients benefit from her fifteen years of knowledge as a broker along with the insights she has gained as a buyer, seller, developer and landlord. Cathy's extensive knowledge of market data deepens her understanding of the Hamptons market and enables her to assist her customers and clients in realizing the highest returns on their real estate investments. She provides guidance and support to those making their first real estate move, as well as to those broadening an existing portfolio. Customers and clients appreciate that they can rely on Cathy to provide objective counsel, even if it means advising someone when a move is not in their best interest. 

Cathy entered real estate upon relocating full-time to the Hamptons in 2004, first with Allan Schneider Associates and then with The Corcoran Group, where she was a top producer. Her diverse experience in Hamptons real estate includes exclusive representation of Barn & Vine, the largest new residential development in the Hamptons. 

Her prior career in advertising with Ogilvy and other agencies prepared her well to represent and market properties for sale in the Hamptons. And, as a skilled negotiator with a mastery of detail, Cathy guides her clients throughout the entire transaction process. Community is important to Cathy, and at Saunders she appreciates being part of a locally owned company that gives back to the community. She serves on the board of the Ellen Hermanson Foundation (Ellen's Run) which provides access to quality breast health care on the East End. She has also served on the board of the Hamptons and North Fork Realtors Association.
