His background in design and development gives him a discerning eye for what makes a property truly special, as well as the ability to recognize opportunities that others may overlook.

Tim is known for his thoughtful approach to positioning and marketing properties, his deep knowledge of the local market, and his highly developed negotiation skills. Whether representing a seller preparing a property for market or helping a buyer find the right home, he combines market intelligence with a genuine appreciation for the character and lifestyle that make the Hamptons unique.

Tim lives in East Hampton with his partner, Jeff, who owns a successful interior design firm and is also a Brown Harris Stevens agent, and their two Schnauzers, Winston and Monty. Away from real estate, they enjoy the beach, running, and biking, and remain actively involved with organizations close to their hearts, including the Animal Rescue Fund (ARF), Housing Works, and Hetrick-Martin.
