Raised in Northern Westchester, Cherie summered in East Hampton since childhood and ultimately called this wonderful community her full-time home in 1979. She knows all the areas on the East End intimately and enjoys sharing her expert knowledge with her clients, giving them the advantage they need to succeed. In addition to specializing in sales and rentals professionally, Cherie has personally bought and sold her own houses, bought, renovated and flipped investment properties, and purchased/managed rental homes. Her seasoned insights are invaluable. Prior to entering real estate in 2001, Cherie excelled as a savvy businesswoman who owned and managed many high-end retail companies on the East End. She understands the arts of customer service and creative marketing, and appreciates the different expectations and temperaments of her customers. Her keen attention to detail, acute organization and negotiating skills, and thorough, fastidious approach further expedite a smooth “meeting of the minds" that leads to happy clients and win-win transactions. Cherie studied Commercial Design at Long Island University. She shares her idyllic life in East Hampton, which she’s enjoyed for 40+ years with her husband, Rich. Cherie has two wonderful grown children who were born and raised on the magnificent East End of Long Island. She maintains strong ties to the local community through active involvement and volunteering-fundraising for the town and those in need. In free time she time loves being outdoors partaking in the beauty of East Hampton beaches and nature walks. Cherie also has a home in Florida to be close to her daughter and grandsons when time allows.
