With nearly three decades of experience selling and renting fine Hamptons homes, Nancy has learned the market inside and out.

Born and raised in Chicago, Nancy earned her undergraduate degree from Ashford University 
in Iowa. While in Chicago, she worked for a real estate developer, getting her first taste of the industry. She later relocated to East Hampton with her husband, a painter, who wanted to explore the New York art scene.

She has formed deep community roots in the area as an active mother, caring community member and dedicated real estate professional who helps others discover the inherent beauty the Hamptons has to offer.

Outside of work, she and husband Elwood Howell, a well-known color field landscape painter, are involved in the New York art world from the Hamptons to Manhattan. They also enjoy kayaking, long walks and the beauty of the nature that surrounds them.
