About Mr. Walter Chadwick
Walter Chadwick has been a trusted presence in North Fork real estate since beginning his career with Brown Harris Stevens in 2008. His connection to the East End is both professional and personal. Raised in Nassau County, Walter purchased his first home in Aquebogue in 1987 and later settled in Peconic, where he resides today.
Walter brings a distinctive background in property management, landscape design, architecture, and construction to his real estate practice. He spent five years as president of a three-building, 288-unit cooperative in New York City, working closely with management companies, attorneys, architects, and contractors on complex building initiatives, including window replacement within a designated Landmark district.
An active member of the Southold Peconic Civic Association, Walter stays closely informed about local zoning, development, and community issues. He is committed to helping buyers find homes that offer lasting enjoyment and value, while providing sellers with thoughtful guidance and connecting their properties with qualified buyers.
Outside of real estate, Walter enjoys gardening, cooking, boating, and all that life on the North Fork has to offer.
