About Helen Stubbmann

Helen Stubbmann is an experienced real estate professional who offers her clientele not only an extensive knowledge of the Montauk area market, but a deep understanding of home design and building having been in that business for 38 years. She and her husband operated a successful custom home building business handling everything from new construction to complete renovations they designed, with projects mostly in Montauk and throughout Amagansett to Southampton.

A 40-year Montauk resident, Helen began her career in residential sales 18 years ago at a smaller Montauk agency before joining Allan Schneider then Corcoran. She believes in fully educating customers and clients on all aspects of the market, and provides all the information necessary to make the best decisions possible. "I don't like to steer people into their decision," says Helen, "but rather have them arrive at a confident one on their own with the help of my attention and guidance."

Prior to moving to Montauk, Helen lived in New York City where she studied Advertising Art and Design at Fashion Institute of Technology. She subsequently worked at Macy's Herald Square where she produced in-house presentations for the buying line plus spearheaded the conversion to Macy's first online purchasing system, which entailed establishing and implementing a training program for the buying line and managing the executive office in the customer service department.

She loves to ride horses in what she calls "the beautiful county parkland of Montauk." She is also engaged in many local charities ie: "Rell Sunn", a fund raiser organized by East End Foundation and "A Walk on Water" held on both East and West U.S. Coasts.
