Before becoming a real estate agent, Kim was a successful developer in the Hamptons, where she managed a range of projects from full-scale renovations to new construction. This hands-on experience has given her a comprehensive understanding of the entire real estate process—spanning design, permitting, construction, and sales—across both established and emerging neighborhoods in the Hamptons.

Kim’s earlier career in technology and media, including her role as Director of Business Services for Time Warner Cable NYC, provides her with a strong foundation in digital tools and marketing—an essential asset in todays tech-driven real estate landscape. Her professional background also includes roles in marketing, sales, and product development with leading architecture firms as well as companies like Ernst & Young, AlphaNet Telecom, and Katz Communications in Manhattan.

A long-time advocate for civil rights, Kim served as Co-Chair of the Board of the Empire State Pride Agenda, working to advance equality for LGBT New Yorkers.

Prior to moving to the Hamptons full time, Kim lived in Manhattan for 30 years and is dual licensed in NYC and the Hamptons.

Originally from Westchester County NY, Kim is a graduate of Temple Universitys Lew Klein College of Media and Communication. She resides in Sag Harbor and enjoys an active lifestyle that includes tennis, golf, swimming, and skiing.
