Carol Sharks is highly receptive to the needs of her real estate clients and eager to help them find the best possible fit for their next chapter in life. In her years in the entertainment business, she had the privilege of providing the soundtrack for unique special occasions; and in the art and fashion worlds, Carol helped bring ideas and designs to fruition. Now in real estate, she draws on her artistic eye and ingenuity to guide her clients to the special properties they will love calling home.

Carol has been coming to the Hamptons as a reprieve from New York City since 2000, and now resides in Sag Harbor. Her passion for the history and lore of the area inspires her joyful approach to working with her clients, and her enthusiasm to share her wealth of knowledge.

Completing double majors at Hunter College, Carol holds BAs in Studio Art and Media & Communication Studies. She began her career at Harper’s Bazaar, then as a Fashion Assistant at OK! Magazine. Subsequently she served as an Artist Assistant on the Dan Christensen Estate and a Production Assistant at The Jim Henson Company. Her latest accomplishments were at Parson-Meares, Ltd. creating costumes for Broadway, dance, film and opera. Carol also spent many years in a band touring North America and Europe.

Quite the Renaissance woman, she is extremely insightful, personable and intuitive. Carol performs at her best even in the most demanding environments, and enjoys being a calming guide for her real estate clients.
