Denise is a trusted advisor and transactional expert with over 20 years of Real Estate and Sales experience. She excels at managing and closing transactions given her market knowledge, financial insight and negotiating skills. Her ability to add value and anticipate any issues along the way inspires confidence and ensures seamless execution for both her Buyers and Sellers. Denise has developed a wide network within the Finance, Private Banking, Corporate, Technology and International arenas where she has earned a reputation as a true professional that delivers positive results.
Before becoming a top agent at Corcoran Denise worked in Sales, Trading and Management positions at Salomon Brothers which merged to become Citigroup. She was promoted to Senior Managing Director in Citi’s US Institutional Fixed Income (FI) Division where she ran FI Sales and Research and was a member of the Global FI Management Committee.
In addition to her passion for real estate Denise has a strong interest in giving back. After Citi, Denise received a MS in RE Development and a Certificate in Historic Preservation at Columbia and worked “pro bono” as a Project Manager in the RE Development group of Breaking Ground, the largest builder of Supportive Housing in NYC. Denise structured financing for Low-Income and Supportive Housing Projects and worked with a team on Site Identification and Acquisition.
Part of the income on Denise’s deals will be directed back to the client’s preferred charity or to Good Shepherd Services, where she serves on the Board.
