About Harlan Goldberg
Harlan Goldberg is a dynamic self-starter who brings a wealth of top-tier sales and marketing success to his new role at Corcoran. Over nearly two decades, he has worked for the nation’s top advertising firms and developed superior skills and strategies that translate into expertly-tailored marketing strategies for every client. He has generated nearly $3 billion in gross sales revenue, served in senior executive sales roles at the Four Seasons, the Ritz-Carlton, and the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group in Miami Beach – and served as director for the tri-state marketing initiatives for One Sotheby’s new development portfolio. With a solid base of high net-worth contacts and clientele in the Manhattan and Hamptons markets, Harlan did millions in deals as part of his work for One Sotheby’s luxury residential development team.
Harlan’s extraordinary business acumen was evident early on. He owned his own business at 18 and sold it three years later. From there he went on in 2005 to join Douglas Elliman, where for six years he served as a senior vice president of strategic marketing and development in the firm’s New York City offices. In that capacity, he delivered strategic marketing plans as well as developed business and sales insights to achieve core project initiatives and revenues. Among the developments Harlan worked on was the Manhattan House, Industry LIC, and the legendary Apthorp building on the Upper West Side, where Harlan sold the two highest-priced combination units with sales ranging from $10 million to $18 million. ?? Leveraging his success selling New Yorks top developments, Harlan continued his career as a Sales Director for several top NYC projects.
In 2013, Harlan was the first Corcoran Sunshine employee ever to relocate to the Miami Beach market as a New York liaison for The Surf Club Four Seasons. Harlan became a key point man in drawing New Yorkers into the booming South Florida sales market. ?? Harlan attended Allen-Stevenson and holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Boston University. Licensed to practice real estate in Florida and New York, he is an active board member of the Allen Stevenson School and Columbia Preparatory School in New York and has served as a board member on the New York Real Estate Board since 2005. A proud father of two, Harlan enjoys spending time with his family, tennis, and swimming laps in the ocean near his East Hampton summer home.
