Jarret was first introduced to the Hamptons in the early 2000’s where he met Crystal Smith a Hamptons native the woman he would eventually marry. Until 2007 Jarret had a successful fashion career in NYC. He decided to follow his heart & move his life to the Hamptons. Shortly thereafter a men’s & women’s high end boutique Blue One was born. “To work and co own a business with my soulmate has been nothing short of a dream” Blue One continues to be a great success. In 2016 one of Jarret clients from Blue One told him he was looking for a home in Bridgehampton and wanted his opinion. This was a pivotal moment that prompted Jarret to dive into real estate. His love affair with architecture and design made this a perfect fit. Three short months later Jarret consummated his first sale for $33,000,000.

Jarret’s real estate career has evolved and grown geographically. He is the co founder of The Experience Team at Corcoran. Jarret works with his team in The Hamptons, NYC, Palm Beach & Miami. Jarret approaches each client in an advisory capacity to lead them through the transaction. Jarret resides with his wife and son in Wainscott. Jarret and his family take advantage of all the Hamptons have to offer.
