Jeff Banastey has been interested and entrenched in the world of real estate for many years. At the start of his career, he worked on the luxurious 180 East 88th Street as well as Greenwich West in New York City as an Onsite Sales Coordinator. Jeff moved on in his career to become a Senior Onsite Sales Coordinator at the exclusive Central Park Tower, and prior to joining the top-producing Riback Team, was a Research Analyst involved in New York City and South Florida new development for the prominent Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group. Jeff brings to his team and to his clientele exceptional research, analytic and customer service skills, along with a broad knowledge of the residential and commercial sales arena. His valuable expertise is fueled by working in numerous aspects of real estate, from marketing, communications and operations to overseeing onsite sales, as well as strategic planning and financial oversight in new build development projects while maintaining the highest standards of excellence. Obtaining his real estate license in November 2017, Jeff has excelled in the business and is proud to be an agent with The Riback Team at Corcoran’s flagship East Side office. He is dedicated to making the entire real estate experience successful and rewarding for every type of client, from buyers and sellers to renters, investors and developers. Jeff grew up in New York City and has lived here his entire life. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Wake Forest University, and a Master’s in Real Estate from Georgetown University.
