Joy Mega brings great enthusiasm to her real estate career, and to fulfilling the needs of her sales and rental clients. She spent three years in the real estate department at Revlon fueling her passion for the business, while maintaining their corporate real estate database and helping manage large real estate properties for the then-president.

Joy’s complementary business experience at Coach Leatherware and as a business analyst for a startup communications company cemented her keen eye for detail, and love of research that serves her well as an agent. She is thrilled to be on the more personal side of the real estate industry where she gets to deal one on one with clients.

Born and raised in the Hartford, CT area on a 600-acre dairy farm, Joy has lived in Sag Harbor for over 20 years. In between she lived and worked in Washington, D.C. and New York City. Joy holds a BA in Economics and Government from Simmons College in Boston, and an MS degree in Business from Pace University. She is a good listener and a dependable resource throughout the real estate process, which can often feel overwhelming without the right professional partner to guide you.

Joy is a proud mother who can always be found on the sporting fields cheering on her boys. She is an avid runner and cyclist, theatergoer, and a music enthusiast who has sung professionally in various bands over the years.

Joy is passionate about the Sag Harbor area and looks forward to connecting people to their dream home.
