Karena’s sales and marketing expertise was refined in her native Australia where she was a head of Marketing for Sony Music. In 2007, she relocated from Sydney to New York City and founded Nylon Studios; a production company that counted high-profile new developments such as 56 Leonard, as clients. She also had a successful chapter in innovation consulting and spoke on global conference stages on how design and disruptive technologies in the built environment can enhance our health, happiness and longevity.
Karena’s real estate career also includes the added dimension of marketing a multi-family fund focused on compounding income and wealth for taxable investors. She has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia and has lived in several cities across both hemispheres. She is deeply curious, culturally connected and enhances every interaction with a refreshing sense of wit, vibrancy and elegance. Karena lives in Soho and can be found on the beaches of East Hampton with her son during the summer.
