Cynthia Finke-Kolbenheyer is a longtime local professional and community member who embraces all opportunities to work with the public. Having owned and operated a successful retail business for over 25 years, she has an exceptional ability to ascertain what a buyer might be looking for. Cynthia is also blessed with a great ability to sell, market, and effectively price a home.

Born in Glen Cove, NY, Cynthia has lived in Southampton for over 38 years. She is always cognizant of market conditions and property values, and because of this is tuned in to her buyers' and sellers' changing needs. Cynthia is a certified EcoBroker, allowing her to be knowledgeable of current building practices for green homes.

She also owns Open Minded Concierge, a full service local Concierge company to assist her many customers and clients with home care, property management and personal assistance. Launched in 2008, OM Concierge provides her many customers and clients who have purchased new homes direct access to local businesses who have been fully vetted and referenced.

She resides in Southampton with Kevin, her husband of twenty eight years.

A graduate of SUNY New Paltz with a BA in English, Cynthia first worked in the buyer program at Lord and Taylor in their flagship Fifth Avenue store. In one year, she was promoted up two levels to Branch Assistant Buyer in charge of 34 stores. For the next 25 years, she owned and operated Clothes Minded, a women's clothing store on Jobs Lane in Southampton. No stranger to a seven-day, long-hour work week, Cynthia has been equally devoted to her real estate career.

Outside of work, Cynthia is a member of Southampton Golf Club and First Presbyterian Church of Southampton. Hobbies include golfing, running, biking and traveling. While she has traveled extensively, she has never found anywhere to be as beautiful as Southampton. "Our beaches are like none other, and our village has an incomparable small-town feel that I love."
