Active in the philanthropic community, Elena serves on the committees of the Samuel Waxman Cancer Research Foundation, The Ellen Hermanson Foundation, and the French Heritage Society and has worked with the Southampton Animal Shelter, The Evelyn Alexander Wildlife Center, and the Viennese Opera Ball to raise funds for the Gabrielle’s Angel Foundation for Cancer Research.
