Her career as a very successful fashion model working with such prominent designers as Yves St. Laurent and Ralph Lauren, and with renowned fashion photographers like Bruce Weber and Helmut Newton, enabled her to travel the globe and meet many interesting people, including her favorite fashion photographer, her husband.

The couple, who live in Bridgehampton, ultimately decided to settle out East to raise their children, take in the beauty, and pursue their dream of designing and building custom homes, an art at which they've excelled. Felicitas' status as a residential specialist was a natural progression thanks to her architectural background, aesthetic eye and multilingual talents in fluent English, German and French. She and her husband also invest personally in properties in which they enjoy taking an active part in renovating and building from scratch.

While finding her customers the right home is one of Felicitas' greatest satisfactions, she is also involved in her children's education at The Ross School in East Hampton, and tries to travel for pleasure whenever time allows.
