John is a strong negotiator and trusted advisor to his clients, striving to make the process of buying and selling real estate seamless. His natural progression to residential sales came with valuable experience, after working at a private equity firm in the Hamptons, and as a construction manager building luxury spec homes in Southampton Village. 

Leveraging his background in finance, valuation and new development, John went on to join leading East End brokerage firms, drawing on a seasoned skillset to best represent his buyer and seller clients. Prior to Corcoran, he was a key member of a top-tier team, helping with business development efforts, building relationships with some of the Hamptons’ top builders, and expanding broker referral business across the country. 

Through his impact and success, John was recognized as a Rising Star of the Hamptons. He continues to set himself apart with the superior service and market knowledge he brings to his real estate practice, along with a keen understanding of construction, architecture, design, and marketing in all its forms. Passionate about helping others, clients come first to John. He believes in constantly challenging himself, and upholds the highest standards of customer service, honesty, and integrity. 

Originally from Scarsdale, NY, John attended Westhampton Beach HS and has lived in the Hamptons many years. He graduated summa cum laude from the University at Albany with a triple concentration in Marketing, Finance & Business Administration. John also studied International Business abroad for six months at the “Harvard of Italy” Bocconi University in Milan, building a broad network while traveling to 10+ countries. He additionally founded a student organization, Future CEOs, focused on entrepreneurship/real estate with over 100 student members. 

Residing in East Quogue, John represents waterfronts in Hampton Bays, but predominantly works in Southampton, Water Mill and Bridgehampton all the way to Montauk. He specializes in sell-side representation, new development, portfolio management (risk/return assessment) resale homes, buyer representation and rentals. 

In his free time, John enjoys playing basketball, golf, spearfishing and the beach. He also likes giving back to his local high school, mentoring young individuals and career planning.
