Whether you are a first-time homebuyer, seller or investor, the real estate process is personal, and requires an optimism that says: “The right house or purchaser will present; we just have to be prepared, do our homework and stay the course.”
Pam believes that it’s all about listening and anticipating her clients’ needs during the process, ultimately meeting their goals in the end. Born and raised in the Village of Southampton, she is extremely familiar with the area and all it has to offer. Yet she’s always excited to discover and learn more about the backroads and secret spots of the adjacent towns and villages.
A 20-year veteran at Southampton College, Pam researched and established relationships with researchers in the marine and environmental sciences, and prepared students for internships around the world. She holds a BSW from Virginia Intermont College and a Masters in Gerontology from LIU/Southampton College. Though she also lived in Los Gatos, CA and Brattleboro, VT, there is no place like home to her – one of the most beautiful places in the world.
Pam built a home in Southampton that once had a summer cottage, which her grandparents owned in the 1940s – just a minute from Peconic Bay. She is a longtime supporter of the arts and theater with a passion for collecting and selling antiques, collectibles and anything mid-century modern.
