Longtime Southampton resident Rob Simonson has been a leading residential and commercial real estate agent throughout the East End as well as in the Manhattan marketplace. His extensive experience and knowledge from the early phases of construction and renovation to the final purchase or sale fuels Rob's effectiveness in instilling the comfort level necessary to successfully get his clients to the next step.

Originally from Syosset, NY, Rob is a Long Island native who modeled for 15 years after graduating from Boise State University. He began purchasing, renovating, building and selling properties in 1986, and never looked back in terms of applying this passion for investing to bigger and better pursuits. In 1997 Rob turned that expertise into a profession.

Rob has lived in a beautiful Farmhouse that he renovated with his own hands. When not focused on work or family he is a sports enthusiast and shows that passion for Surfing.
