A strong sense of community, a passion for giving back, and generations of family in the Hamptons make Kim Stengel one of the most talented and experienced real estate agents. 

Growing up in Southampton afforded Kim firsthand experience getting to know the Hamptons and the surrounding hamlets. One of Kim's greatest skills is understanding people and reading their needs, and she wants to match them with the right property. After graduating from Fairfield University, she honed her hospitality and people skills managing fine-dining restaurants in the Washington D.C. area. Her ability to cater to a distinguished clientele, along with a family background in the homebuilding business, eventually led her down the path of real estate. She has a naturally keen sense of real estate and love of the different facets of each unique town, allowing for successful matching of buyers with sellers. Kim brings a youthful exuberance and positive energy to her work and is always "in the know" when it comes to Hamptons lifestyle. Kim's greatest joy is being the mother of her two boys, Griffin and Logan. She loves spending time with them at Coopers Beach, at the Concerts in the Park, and watching them grow up in such a close-knit community.

Kim is on the board of the AJJ Scholarship Fund, a charity that gives the largest scholarship each year at Hampton Bays High School in memory of Arthur Jones, a graduate who tragically lost his life in the 9/11 attacks. 

Kim has worked alongside Barbara Weinman for many years, and is thrilled to be part of The Weinman Team.
