About Lawrence Ingolia
Lawrence Ingolia, a Global Real Estate Advisor and Associate Broker with Sotheby's International Realty, and a former broker with Brown Harris Stevens, brings a unique set of skills to Sotheby's International Realty as a longtime real estate broker, developer and builder. He also brings extensive first-hand knowledge about the value of property in the Hamptons, having been born and raised in Southampton.

Lawrence grew up around the real estate business on the eastern end of Long Island. He is the second generation to be involved in real estate and heads a construction development company that was started by his father and brother, with holdings in both St. Maarten and the Hamptons.

Lawrence has been in real estate all his working life. Before moving back to Southampton in 2000, he spent three years selling real estate in the Caribbean and worked with clients from all over the world. He spent another four years in Los Angeles working with well-known architects and builders, fine-tuning his already extensive knowledge about the construction of high-end homes. Lawrence brought those experiences back to the Hamptons where he has been working successfully ever since.

His wide involvement in every aspect of real estate makes him an invaluable asset to his customers. Being both a builder and an agent allows Lawrence to work more completely in his clients' best interest. His knowledge of the history and value of every Hamptons property gives his clients a sense of security and an advantage when purchasing a home.

Lawrence is an avid boater, fisherman and heli-skier. He lives with his wife, artist and nutritionist Tapp Francke, and their two young sons in Sag Harbor.
