With over 20 years of success and real estate and $100 million in residential sales throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn and Shelter Island, Isaac Halpern is primed to help clients achieve success in New York City and beyond. He is dually licensed in both NYC and the Hamptons.

In addition to real estate, Isaac has designed and managed the renovation of many apartments and houses—both his own on Shelter Island and those of his clients—over the past 25 years.

Joined by his partner and their Parson Russell Terrier, Isaac recently moved to Belle Terre, a village within Port Jefferson on the north shore of Long Island, where he is currently renovating their 1950’s mid-century home. Due to his experience, Isaac is always happy to lend his first-hand knowledge regarding design and renovations to maximize investments.

Isaac graduated from Bard College with a B.A. in History and received a dual masters/MBA in Urban planning from  Columbia University. In his free time, he enjoys competitive sailing and is a member of the Shelter Island Yacht Club.
