As a native New Yorker and a third-generation real estate agent, Tara Fitzpatrick brings years of well-honed management and negotiation skills to the table – skills she developed over more than two decades as an Executive Producer for a Los Angeles-based commercial film and television production company. There she worked with top-tier corporate clients including Nike, Pepsi, Budweiser and IBM where she wrote & negotiated budgets and worked under tight deadlines while always delivering for her clients. Tara began her career as a fashion model with Ford Models and Elite (John Casablancas). She graduated from the Film program at SUNY Purchase and subsequently wrote, directed and produced the 1998 documentary “Scratch the Surface,” about her experiences in the modeling business. The film was sold to The Sundance Channel and Oxygen media and was shown at the Seattle, Chicago and Palm Springs Film Festivals. Tara continues to bring the same dedication and passion to her work at Corcoran where her depth of knowledge and loyalty has made her one of the top brokers West of the Canal.
